We create devices to help the human species at the expense of the Earth. As such, we, the human species, have established dominance over the Earth as we continue to isolate ourselves away from nature. This explains our detrimental attitude towards nature because we ourselves created this line of division.

created three collage-like digital images that are organized from low to severe manipulation. The general concept is to distort a recognizable image of nature into something darker to represent the progression in division between man and nature. The detrimental mindset held by humans has led to the downfall of nature which will eventually lead to the downfall of man. Hence the display of the distorted natural world pouring out of the frame towards the viewer in Our Future. For this project, I essentially replaced a conventional sign with a natural sign to reveal its original source.
